Richard Eichel, Secretary-Treasurer, Local 362 and President of Joint Council 90 says, “The Teamsters also wanted to do something that took into consideration the long term needs for our communities. We arranged a meeting with President & CEO Eva Friesen to find out what The Calgary Foundation was doing, and decided they were the right organization to partner with to support the long term community needs.”
“The Teamsters head office in Washington and Teamsters Canada, along with many Locals unions in Canada, sent in their donations to our Joint Council for this worthy cause and we were able to donate $105,625.00 to The Calgary Foundation,” said Richard.
